      Tagging users in comments

      You can tag users in PO comments even if they’re not currently an approver or the requester of that PO or even if they're not in the same department.

      The tagged user will receive an email to inform them of the new comment referencing them.

      This feature is available at any stage of the purchase requests and purchase orders. 

      Please note that the tagged users will receive a notification for Request Created if they are tagged in the request stage. No other notifications will be sent regarding the PO unless they are tagged again.
