How can I manage multiple companies under one account?

You can create and manage multiple business accounts with one set of login credentials.

  1. Hover over the arrow next to your company name in the top left corner
  2. Choose "+ Create new company" from the menu
  3. You will be prompted with a dialog box stating that you will need to upgrade your subscription. You will have to subscribe to the Multi-Company pack to be able to continue. (Billed at $500 monthly or $6000 annually)
  4. If you clicked on "Upgrade Now" in the dialog box mentioned above, you will be redirected to the "Update Subscription" page where you can add the "Multi-Company Pack" to your subscription. (Alternatively, go to the settings cog, Navigate to billing, Click on "Upgrade Subscription")
  5. Click on "Pay Now" 
  6. Confirm Your Credit Card Details
  7. After the payment is successful you will be redirected to your homepage
  8. Again, hover over the arrow next to your company name in the top left corner
  9. Choose "+ Create new company" from the menu
  10. In the Add A New Company window:
    • Enter the Company Name.
    • Choose the Default Currency.
    • Click Create Company.
  11. Set up your new company (Enter Budgets, Suppliers, Users, Departments, etc.)
