How to scan a quote or PDF document to populate purchase order line items.
Click on New Purchase Request in the top right, and then click on Import Line Items. You can also edit a draft purchase request that you saved earlier and do the same.
On the popup that appears, click Choose File and select the PDF quote/document which contains information on the line items you want to populate the purchase request with, then click Import Items.
Once it is done processing, you will notice the purchase request items will have filled in based on the information picked up from the scan of your document.
Note that once you select the budget for the first item, the rest of the items will have the same budget automatically selected to save you time.
