Scan&Match uses a pay-per-use pricing scheme.The first 50 scans are free.
You will be charged $ 0.40 per scan based on your monthly usage after you have used the 50 free scans.
When do I get charged ?
You are charged for a scan when
- A user scans a document to create a draft request via the Scan Document button present on the top right corner of the app,
- A user creates an invoice from a document when selecting Invoice Scan and Match in the Invoices menu,
- A user performs a scan on our mobile app.
How do I know how many scan I have done ?
The report Scan Usage Reports gives you the list of who and what was scanned over the selected period of time.
When do I pay?
You usage for the month will be charged to your card at the end of each month.
