      How do I Export my Purchase Orders?

      Sometimes it's easier to manage bulk data with spreadsheets. Therefore ProcurementExpress.com allows you to export your list of purchase orders to a CSV file that can be opened in your favorite spreadsheet software. 

      Note: Before you extract the current list as described below, you can apply any filters to the list and that filtered list will be downloaded.

      1. Navigate to your purchase orders menu item on the left-hand side of your screen. 

      2. Click on the Actions button and select the Extract Current List option.  

      3. Check your emails for the extracted purchase order list from ProcurementExpress.com.

      4. Download the spreadsheet and open it with your preferred spreadsheet software.
