Sometimes it's easier to manage bulk data with spreadsheets. Therefore ProcurementExpress.com allows you to export your list of purchase orders to a CSV file that can be opened in your favorite spreadsheet software.  Before you extract the current list as described below, you can apply any filters to the list and that filtered list will be downloaded. 1\. Navigate to your purchase orders menu item on the left-hand side of your screen.  2\. Check your emails for the extracted purchase order list from ProcurementExpress.com. 4\. Download the spreadsheet and open it with your preferred spreadsheet software. The spreadsheet with contain two sheets, the second sheet shows details at the item level, while the first sheet summarises data at the purchase order level. Use the second sheet to drill into line item detail on a purchase order. Your custom field data is also present on these reports. --- Still have a few questions?
