How do I archive employees?

Have an employee that no longer works for you? You can archive their account to deactivate it.

Note: To be able to access this setting you will have to have the "Company Admin" user role

  1. Navigate to the "Employees" tab
  2. Click on the user account you would like to archive
  3. Click on "Archive Account"

Note: Archiving a user's account does not automatically decrease the number of user licenses you are paying for on your subscription. It opens a user slot for you to add another user in their place. If you need to reduce your user license on your subscription to reduce your billing amount, please contact support.
